Boxes, files, discs can be recalled from off-site storage at Topwood by simple click of a mouse. Customers can catalogue files/boxes ready for storage using our remote access software. Recalls, requests to collect/shred stored items and reports can all be done by the simple click of a mouse.
Scanning
Working with our partners we can prepare, scan and index huge volumes of paper using high speed scanners. Documents are then stored/shredded as required and the scanned images are available on CD, DVD or web based browser.In addition to document and data storage we also manage the storage of other company assets product prototypes, pre-launch artwork, product samples (eg mineral samples for the businesses in the oil industry)
Crate Rental
Rental of plastic crates and lidded boxes for commercial relocations and inter-company transfer operations. Rental is a great solution for short term, ad-hoc or seasonal needs.
The equipment can all be sealed for security, stacked and moved using our skates and handling equipment. Accessories are also available to label and manage movements and stock using our be-spoke software application..
We have a the staff, vehicles and staff & capacity to store and transport your goods securely.
