Item retrieval - how it works
If you want to retrieve an item that you've put into storage, it couldn't be easier - just call us or email us, and we'll schedule it it.
Delivery
We can retrieve any item and deliver it to you direct, via our own secure staff. You have a choice of same day or next day delivery. We don't use any couriers or intermediaries for delivery.
We receive automatic notification at our headquarters in Cheshire, pick your document out of safe storage and deliver it to your premises. You choose how urgently you need delivery.
Deliveries are made only to your premises, for maximum security. We ask you to nominate a default address - but if you have a number of sites, we can deliver to any approved address. To maintain security, we do not deliver to 3rd party addresses.
We have a secure system of offline retrieval which ensures that only approved personnel can order document deliveries - we agree levels of authorisation with you at the start of the contract, and will only despatch materials that are in line with the agreed authorisation level of the person making the request. No authorisation, no despatch.
